Valanciunas Led the Pelicans with 21 Points and 9 Rebounds

The New Orleans Pelicans continued their impressive run with a 128-83 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Monday night. It was the third-largest margin of defeat for the Warriors this season and the Pelicans' fourth straight win.

Jonas Valanciunas led the Pelicans with 21 points and 9 rebounds, while Brandon Ingram added 19 points and 8 assists. CJ McCollum chipped in with 17 points and 6 assists, and Herb Jones had 14 points and 6 rebounds.

The Warriors were led by Stephen Curry's 22 points, but he shot just 7-of-21 from the field. Klay Thompson added 14 points, and Andrew Wiggins had 13 points.

The Pelicans jumped out to a 10-point lead in the first quarter and never looked back. They extended their lead to 20 points in the second quarter and took a 64-44 lead into halftime.

The Warriors made a run in the third quarter, cutting the lead to 10 points. But the Pelicans responded with a 10-0 run to put the game away.

The win improves the Pelicans' record to 10-8, while the Warriors fall to 11-9.
